Madras High Court sets aside I&B Ministry's order

CHENNAI: The Madras High Court today set aside the I & B Ministry order cancelling the Sun Group-owned Kal Cables Limited's permanent registration to operate as Multi System Operator under Digital Addressable System. 

"The impugned orders are liable to be set aside, accordingly the writ petitions challenging cancellation of the licenses are allowed," Justice V.Ramasubramanian said.
