MUMBAI: There is a need for proper regulations or guidelines for television content said Mukesh Kumar, the west zone Doordarshan chief in Mumbai on Monday.
Kumar and others including Rakesh Kumar, CEO censor board, Mamta Sharma chairperson of national commission for women, Susiben Shah, chief of the state women's commission, actor Juhi Chawla and Satvasheela Chavan, wife of chief minister Prithviraj Chavan, an educationist in her own right spoke at the opening session of a national consultation on 'portrayal of women in the media'.
The meet was organized by the NCW and its member.......................
