New Delhi: Chairman of National Innovation Council Sam Pitroda on Tuesday expressed concern about the role being played by media in India as it focusses more on cricket and Bollywood rather than development and nation building.
Pitroda, who is also the Chairman of an Expert Committee set up to review the functioning of India's largest public broadcaster Prasar Bharati, said public media is not in tune with the technological developments.
