Modi to go on AIR for Dussehra


NEW DELHI,Oct 1, 2014, DHNS:



Taking the cue from the US Presidents, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to share his thoughts with the people of country through radio, most probably every fortnight, from October 3 (Thursday) when Dussehra is celebrated in various parts of the country.

Modi's address is scheduled to be aired by the All India Radio on its entire network at 11 am on Friday. This will, however, be a pre-recorded speech of the Prime Minister.
"An AIR team will be sent to Prime Minister's residence at 7 RCR (Race Course Road) tomorrow (Thursday) to record his speech. The speech will be aired on Friday," a senior AIR official told Deccan Herald.
