Brahmapur: The All India Radio Brahmapur has been selected for the national-level Akashvani Annual Award competition- 2013 under the best Science Programme category, which has been introduced for the first time by the AIR to popularize science broadcast in the country. The science programme Pakshi (The Bird) is produced by AIR Brahmpur Programme head Hrusikesh Panigrahi.
