NEW DELHI, Jan 2 (KUNA) -- India is sending a special team of its senior officers to violence- hit South Sudan to assess the political and security situation, state-run All India Radio (AIR) reported Thursday.
The team will also discuss matters with the United Nations Mission in South Sudan, (UNMISS). Approximately, 2,000 Indian peacekeepers are serving in the (UNMISS), the report added.
