Kochi radio staff quizzed over alleged Maoist influence

A member of India's national broadcaster All India Radio (AIR) in the state of Kerala has been questioned on suspicion of broadcasting messages supporting Maoist rebels, reports the Deccan Chronicle.

Aradhana, a producer/presenter of the 8 minute long current affairs programme 'Samakalikam' at AIR Kochi, was arrested by the National Intelligence Agency (NIA).
