Kisan TV: ideas sought on Twitter

Taking a cue from Union Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Prakash Javadekar's decision to "crowd-source" government advertisements, Prasar Bharati Chief Executive Officer Jawahar Sircar on Wednesday took to the social media to seek ideas on the contours and content of Kisan TV proposed in the Budget.
