India lauds PM Modi's 'Mann Ki Baat' programme

The people on Sunday hailed Prime Minister Narendra Modi's initiative to reach out to millions of Indians through his 'Mann Ki Baat' programme. Addressing the countrymen over All India Radio for the second time in 'Mann Ki Baat' programme on Sunday, Prime Minister Modi touched upon several issues of national importance and assured the citizens that his government is committed to bring back all the black money stashed in foreign banks.

"Even today, in rural areas, the presence of radio is quite visible. Thus, his message is reaching all the regions," said Nishant Bhaiji, a resident of Bhopal. Manoj Kulkerni, a resident of Nagpur, said it is good to see that Prime Minister Modi is following the same visionary path which he had set up for others. "While addressing various sections of the society such as the youth and specially-abled children, he raised issues related to them and it was good to see that he is concerned about them," he added.
